Take the circular tube with diameter of 130 and thickness of 4mm as an example.

The cutting time of manual feeding and fixed-scale saw is about 1 minute, and the time of manual feeding and groove cutting is about 2 minutes.The total processing time is approximately 3 minutes.

 

For carbon steel pipe with 4mm wall thickness, it takes about 15s to cut the groove, and the efficiency of cutting other thickness is calculated as 15 seconds ÷4mm× wall thickness.Overall efficiency increased by more than 6 times.
